On February 4th, UMHiSA will be hosting a Historical Cooking Night on Zoom at 7:30 PM. Get your

aprons and ingredients ready to make Xocolatl, an Aztec chocolate drink, and Ring Jumbles; a drink

and dessert that will transport you back in time. This event will be a wonderful way to test out your

cooking skills, expand your knowledge of food history, and have fun with great people! All attendees

will also have a chance to win awesome door prizes.
